Connect your tools. Stop the manual work.

We join your apps into workflows that move data, trigger the right actions, and quietly run in the background, then we keep them running.

In short

What is workflow automation?

Workflow automation connects the apps you already use so information moves between them and the right actions happen on their own. Instead of a person copying data from a form into a CRM into a spreadsheet, the workflow does it instantly, every time, without forgetting.

  • App-to-app data syncone record updated everywhere it needs to exist
  • Multi-step processesreal business logic with conditions, branching and approvals
  • Alerts and notificationsthe right person told at the right moment when a human is needed
  • Scheduled reportingnumbers gathered and delivered automatically to where your team looks
  • Custom API integrationsconnections built directly when no ready-made connector exists
  • Error handlingsensible retries and alerts, so failures never pass silently
The problem

Your tools do not talk to each other

Every disconnected app adds manual work, and manual work is where time and accuracy go to die.

Copy, paste, repeat

The same customer details typed into a form, a CRM, a spreadsheet, and an invoice. Every day, by someone you pay to do better work.

Nobody knows which number is right

The spreadsheet says one thing, the CRM says another, and the report says a third. Decisions get made on bad data.

Things fall through the cracks

A form nobody saw, a task nobody assigned, an invoice nobody chased. Small gaps, real money.

What we build

Workflows that run without babysitting

From a single time-saving connection to a full operations backbone.

App-to-app integrations

Your forms, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, accounting, and messaging tools passing data to each other automatically.

Multi-step workflows

Real business processes with conditions, branching, and approvals, not just simple one-to-one triggers.

Alerts & notifications

The right person told at the right moment, in Slack, email, or SMS, when something needs a human.

Automated reporting

Numbers pulled together on a schedule and delivered where your team already looks.

Custom API work

When no ready-made connector exists, we build the integration directly against the API.

Monitoring & error handling

Workflows that retry sensibly and tell us when something breaks, instead of failing silently.

No more copy-paste
One consistent set of data
Nothing slips through
Alerts when it matters
Is this you?

Who this is for

The more tools you run, the more this saves.

Teams copying data by hand

The same details typed into three systems every day.

Manual reporting

Someone spends Monday morning assembling numbers from four places.

Tool sprawl

A dozen good apps that do not talk to each other.

Things slipping

Forms nobody saw, tasks nobody assigned, invoices nobody chased.

Examples

What it looks like in practice

Common workflows we are asked to build.

Form to CRM to calendar

A submission creates the contact, assigns the owner, sends the confirmation, and books the call, in seconds and without anyone touching it.

Sales to finance handoff

A won deal creates the invoice, updates the spreadsheet, and notifies the team, so nothing is missed at the point money changes hands.

Scheduled operations reporting

Data pulled from your CRM and tools on a schedule, formatted, and delivered to your inbox or Slack every Monday.

How it works

From manual steps to a running workflow

Three steps, and we handle the technical part.

1

Map the process end to end

We write down every step someone does by hand, including the exceptions people forget to mention.

2

Build on the right platform

We pick Zapier, Make, n8n or a direct API for the job, build it, and test it against real cases including failures.

3

Monitor and maintain

It runs in the background with alerting, so a broken step reaches us rather than passing silently.

Typical timeline: a single workflow is often live in days; full operational backbones are built in stages.

Tools & platforms

Zapier, Make, n8n, or direct API

We pick the platform that fits the job and your budget: Zapier for speed and breadth, Make for visual multi-step logic, n8n for self-hosted control and cost at scale, and direct API work when nothing off the shelf fits.

Straight answers

Zapier, Make or n8n. Which should you use?

We build in all three and pick per job rather than out of habit.

Platform pricing changes regularly, so we size the plan with you before building.
PlatformBest forHostingCost profile
ZapierFast builds and the widest app supportCloud onlySimple to start, gets expensive at high task volume
MakeVisual, multi-step logic and branchingCloud onlyUsually cheaper than Zapier at volume
n8nFull control, custom code and data privacyCloud or self-hostedLowest running cost at scale if self-hosted
Direct APICases where no connector fits, or performance mattersYour infrastructureHigher build cost, no per-task platform fee
Pricing

How much does workflow automation cost?

We quote per project after the free call, based on how many steps and systems are involved. The platform subscription is paid by you directly, and we size it so you are not buying capacity you never use. Most businesses start with the one workflow that wastes the most time, prove the saving, then expand. No long lock-in contracts.

FAQ

Workflow Automation questions, answered

Which tools can you connect?

Almost anything with an API: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, forms, calendars, and spreadsheets. If a ready-made connector does not exist, we build the integration directly.

Zapier, Make, or n8n. Which is right?

Zapier is fastest to build and has the widest app support. Make handles complex multi-step logic visually and is often cheaper at volume. n8n can be self-hosted, which gives you the most control and the lowest running cost at scale. We recommend based on your workload, not on habit.

What happens when a workflow breaks?

Platforms change and APIs move, so we design workflows to retry sensibly and alert us when something genuinely fails. With a maintenance plan we fix it, usually before you notice.

How much do the tools themselves cost?

Most businesses run on the lower paid tiers of Zapier or Make, typically tens of dollars a month. n8n can be self-hosted to cut that further. We size the plan with you so you are not paying for capacity you never use.

Can you take over workflows someone else built?

Yes. We audit what exists, document it, fix what is fragile, and take on the running of it.
